Who is this guy?
A West Michigan marketer, public speaker, and creative idea guy transplanted to Houston, TX. Previously employed by non-profits and corporations, marketing tangibles and intangibles with varying degrees of success. Sarcastic, cynical, creative, effective; Chad lives by the motto of "Tell the Yes-Man, 'No'." He believes in only working on things that are fun, because that's where you'll get his best work.
What is Accidental Success
"You learn more from your failures than you do from your successes." The humble embrace this. The honest know it to be true. The vain refuse to talk about it. Most marketers talk about their success stories. They prop-up accomplishments demonstrating their value and abilities. What you never hear about are their failures.
Accidental success is to fail falling forward. Chad seeks out to create the greatest marketing campaigns and deliver the most amazing presentations - sometimes he does. When he fails, the end result is not failure - it's a result that's better product than most "play it safe" alternatives.
Chad takes risks, but he doesn't take himself too seriously. He doesn't except status quo, boring, or average results. Don't believe it? Challenge him - you don't pay unless you love what he does. Many of his accidental success stories are captured in his book, "Most of Us are Pretty Dim Bulbs".
